Corrida do Tejo 2025 – Facts and Results

On September 14, 2025, the 44th edition of the Corrida do Tejo was held on the north bank of the Tagus River. The 10 km race started in Algés and finished at Praia da Torre in Oeiras, following the Avenida Marginal (EN6). The course included 107 m of ascent and 97 m of descent, with a maximum slope of 16.2%.

The event brought together more than 7000 runners. It was organized by the Municipality of Oeiras in partnership with HMS Sports, continuing a tradition that began in 1981, making Corrida do Tejo one of Portugal’s oldest and most recognizable 10 km races.
