Portugal Beach Handball Tour 2025: Matosinhos

This weekend, July 19–20, the Matosinhos Beach Stadium hosted the second stage of the Portugal Beach Handball Tour, bringing together over 20 teams from across the country in both men’s and women’s categories.

With packed stands on both days and fans following the live broadcast via andeboltv.fpa.pt, the intensity of the many matches left no one indifferent.

With results still pending official confirmation by the FPA, the teams currently tied for first place in wins and losses are: EFE Os Tigers, Associação Desportiva OSN, and VRT Lemar in the men’s category; and AD Fortitude and GRD Leça Love Tiles in the women’s category.

The Portugal Beach Handball Tour consists of three stages: the first was held on July 5 at Foz do Arelho beach, the second now in Matosinhos, and the third — and final — will take place in Espinho on August 2 and 3.
