UEFA Women's Champions League 2026

BARCELONA CROWNED QUEENS OF EUROPE WITH 4–0 VICTORY OVER OL LYONNES

FC Barcelona defeated OL Lyonnes 4–0 at Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo, Norway, on May 23, claiming their fourth UEFA Women’s Champions League title.

Two second-half goals each from Ewa Pajor and Salma Paralluelo sealed the championship, with Pajor ending up as Player of the Match as well as the competition’s top scorer on 11 goals. Pajor had suffered defeat in her previous five final appearances with Wolfsburg and Barcelona with 2026’s sixth time being the lucky one.

Portuguese born Barcelona star player Kika Nazareth spent most of the game on the bench, entering the play at 85th minute replacing Alexia Putellas and reinforcing the line-up.

Barcelona and OL Lyonnes have previously met three times in final matches. OL won in 2019 and 2022, and Barcelona in 2024 and now, in 2026.
